ScViewerX has markup functionality (also known as annotation or commenting) that can be used to add stamps, texts, measurements, barcodes, images and much more to the viewed document. The annotation measurement tools can be used to do digital takeoff, as shown in the screenshot above. The application used for this image is one of the source code sample projects that are included in the SDK.
