A one-year software maintenance agreement is included with all new licenses.
A running software maintenance agreement gives you:
  • Unlimited access to all software updates—both minor and major—while your maintenance agreement is active.
  • Free technical support via email or our user forum.
  • Priority handling of any reported software issues.
  • Priority consideration for requested new features and enhancements.
The software maintenance agreement can be renewed annually. Software maintenance is optional, and you're free to choose not to continue the maintenance program. Please note that if you choose not to renew the maintenance you may not be able to use the latest updates.
