License Information

All licenses are perpetual and will allow you to use the software indefinitely.
For the first year, the license also entitles you to download all updates to the software and to receive technical support. After the one year period ends, you can choose to remain with the last version downloaded or to purchase software maintenance for another year.

Software Maintenance

All new licenses include a one-year software maintenance agreement that covers:

  • Ful access to all updates, including major revisions (for example from v10.x to v11.x).
  • Free technical support by e-mail.
  • Highest priority for solving reported software errors (bug fixes).
  • Highest priority for implementing requested features and changes.

This software maintenance agreement can be renewed annually after the first free year.
Software maintenance is optional and you're free to choose not to continue the maintenance program.
If you do not renew the software maintenance after the first year, your license(s) will continue to work as normal, but you may not be able to install and use the latest updates.
