If you have a problem with one of our software products, please report it by using our online bug report form.
Please include as much information as possible about your problem and your system configuration.

If the problem is related to a specific file, it will help us a lot if you can send us that file with e-mail.

Software Maintenance Information
All new licenses includes a one-year maintenance agreement that covers:
  • Free minor updates and bug fixes.
  • Free major upgrades.
  • Free technical support by e-mail.

Beyond the initial one-year period, you may renew your software maintenance agreement for another year.
The annual cost is 25% of the current software price.
