  4. New: User can now drag file from explorer to a printer icon to print a file. This requires that the extension(s) must be reregistered from the Tools->Options->Other property page.

  Fixes the following problems:
  1. If You double clicked a file of a registered filetype in Explorer, the file was not loaded if "Tip-of-the-Day" was enabled.
     Registered as bug 133.
     NB! This fix will only work if You register the actual extensions again (using the Other options dialog).
  2. Converted PDF files didn't have correct linestyles.
     Registered as bug 136.
  3. Some files caused ViewCompanion to hang when converting to compressed PDF.
     Registered as bug 137.
