General Information

When you install updates released more than one year after you purchased your license, you may get a message telling you that the software maintenance agreement has expired. If you want to continue to use the version you just installed, you will have to renew the software maintenance agreement.

By renewing the software maintenance agreement, you will get the following for another year:

  • Unlimited access to all software updates, including major releases.
  • Highest priority for solving reported program errors (bugs).
  • Highest priority for implementation of requested features and other changes.
  • Free technical support by e-mail.

After renewing you will receive new serial number(s) that will work with all updates released the next year, as well as all previous updates.


Please note that you can use any update released within one year from the date of your purchase without renewing software maintenance.
