License Information

All licenses are perpetual and will allow you to use the software indefinitely.
For the first year, a license also entitles you to download all updates to the software and to receive technical support. After the one year period ends, you can choose to remain with the last version downloaded or to purchase software maintenance for another year.

Software Maintenance

All new licenses include 12 months of free software maintenance that covers:

  • Access to all updates and upgrades, including major version releases.
  • Priority handling of any reported software issues.
  • Priority consideration for requested new features and enhancements.
  • Free technical support via email or our user forum.
  • Guaranteed compatibility with current Windows versions, including Windows 10, Windows 11, and supported Windows Server editions.

Software maintenance can be renewed annually. Please note that software maintenance is optional and you're free to choose not to continue the maintenance program.
If you do not renew the maintenance, your license(s) will continue to work as normal, but you may not be able to install and use the latest updates.
