All downloads above are 30-day trial versions that allow you to evaluate the software before purchasing.
The only limitation is a text watermark on printed pages and in converted files.
The trial version can be converted into a fully licensed product by entering a valid serial number.
A serial number can be obtained by purchasing a license.

Tesseract OCR Engine

Starting with version 17, the ViewCompanion Premium 64-bit installer includes the Tesseract OCR engine.

If you are using an older version of ViewCompanion, you can install the Tesseract OCR engine using the link below:

Tesseract is free software and can be used in commercial applications.



LibreOffice

If you do not have Microsoft Office installed, you can install LibreOffice instead to enable viewing
and conversion of Office formats—such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—in ViewCompanion.
